How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time on all orders is 2-3 weeks.

I have lost my password to access my photos, what do I do?

It has been longer than 4 weeks and I haven't received my order, what do I do?

    What is the cost of postage?

    We change a flat fee of $3.50 per order just to cover our cost. FREE postage for all orders above $55.

    What is the standard size for prints?

    We have 4 sizes that will fit a range of readily available picture frames.

    5x7" inch (13cm x 18cm)
    6x8" inch (15cm x 20cm)
    8x12" inch (20cm x 30cm)
    11x14" inch (28cm x 35cm)

    What method of payment do you accept?

    For all online orders we accept VISA/ MASTERCARD/ AMEX/ PAYPAL and Direct Deposit.

    Have your photographer had a "Working with Children" check?

    Yes, it is required that all our photographers hold up to date "Working with Children" accreditation.

    Can I purchase photos from gallery that has been expired?

    Our gallery is available online for 6 months before it becomes expired. If you'd like to purchase the photos from an expired gallery, please fill out your details on our contact form or ring our office on 03 9421 5668 during business hours Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm to speak with one of our friendly staff members. Please note that there is an additional $25 retrieval flat-fee on your order to do this service.
